How to search the Smartlink web service
To use the Smartlink web service a name, date of birth and address should be supplied as a minimum.
The Smartlink web service will provide links relating to the name and address of the subject as well as other occupants at the same address. The Smartlink API will also provide matches based on the name and DOB entered.
